Here's the latest on the markets

It was another bad week for the markets as the major indexes were down 4% or more. If we see a weaker market on Monday and/or Tuesday then these markets could drop another 4%. Over the past few weeks I have seen cash coming into homebuilders and financials. This is signaling (to me) that this market could be at or near bottom at these levels.

The past several years have been very difficult and proper planning and investing is even more critical now.
